Scott Mullady is a Commack, New York–based financial professional specializing in qualified retirement plans, plan administration, and investment guidance. As President of Heritage Pension Advisors, Inc., he leads the design and day-to-day management of employer-sponsored retirement programs, overseeing plan documentation, compliance support, recordkeeping coordination, and required reporting. Known for translating complex rules into practical direction, he helps plan sponsors and participants understand how their benefits work and how to use them effectively—an approach that supports long-term partnerships and stronger employee outcomes.
With more than three decades in pension administration and retirement planning, Mr. Mullady brings deep operational experience across industries and plan types. In addition to his leadership at Heritage Pension Advisors, he serves as a registered representative with Arkadios Capital, providing strategic investment insight aligned with clients’ objectives and regulatory requirements. He previously held an Investment Advisor Representative role with Cetera Advisor Networks and has earned an accredited investment advisor designation.
Mr. Mullady has remained active as an educator and speaker, teaching courses for CPAs, presenting at Society of Human Resource Management chapter meetings, and guest lecturing at the New York Institute of Technology. He has also participated in regional business forums, including programs hosted by the Long Island Business Association. Outside the office, he is committed to community athletics, coaching girls’ soccer for nearly a decade, including leadership of Brentwood teams competing in the NY Club Soccer Premier Division.
